Initially - When you first purchase your subscription, you will be given authorization codes to utilize the licensing manager which will enable you to access all of your individual licenses for all of our products.
The license is valid for one-year and renewable at a discount.

Renewals - You will be responsible for renewing your subscriptions before the expiration date. If you renew early, you will get a discounted rate. If you do not renew by the expiration date, you will have to order a new subscription.

Updates, Upgrades and New Products - You will be entitle to receive any and all new versions and products as they are released. The Licensing Manager will provide easy access to the files and the new licenses as they become available.

Free Priority Support -Subscribers get Priority Support. This means that subscribers support requests are taken care of before any other support requests. Responses are generally within hours but always with 24 hours of the case being created. Full access to our Knowledge Base and our Support Center are provided with this subscription.

Documentation and Examples - All of our products come with electronic documentation and examples. You also gain the ability to request small examples for help implementing any of the controls.
