Purchase Orders
Please feel free to use your company's own purchase-order format, just be sure
to include the above product information. If you would like to set up
net-30(n/30) payment terms, please include a standard credit reference sheet
with your faxed purchase order.
This process will take some additional time prior to distribution of the serial
number. Once we receive your order and process your credit references, we will
contact you via email to confirm your order and provide you with your serial
number. Please fax or mail your purchase order to the address listed on our
contact page.
How Many Copies Should I Purchase?
You need to purchase one license per developer on the
project that is utilizing the control. This does not mean "one copy per
developer using the control" ... this means "one for EVERY developer on the
project." This is because your entire project benefits from the
control(s).
For example, if you have five developers working on a
project and one of them is working on a sub-system that uses our SMTP
Wizard Control, you still need to purchase five copies of SMTP Wizard.
What Kinds Of Licenses Are There?
There are a few types of licenses that we have posted
on our catalog and web site. If you need a corporate wide
price, please contact

Standard Types:
Single License - One(1) Developer
Team(4) License - Four(4) Developers
Team(8) License - Eight(8) Developers
Site License - Unlimited Developers at the same site
Special Licenses:
Corporate License - Unlimited developers per
the corporation. Regardless of location.
Do I Have To Pay Royalties?
No. Our products are Royalty Free.
You may distribute the runtime versions of our components with your
application. All that we ask is that you have the appropriate number of
licenses for the application based on the number of developers working on it.
Can I Buy the Source Code?
Yes. We are now allowing customers to buy our
source code. The license for this is allows you to use the code in your own
application as long as it does not compete with any of our products and that
the code is not redistributed. We reserve all rights to the source code and all
uses must be approved by us. The pricing is as follows:
Products retail priced under $100 US : $3000.00
US for source code use.
All other products are: $5000.00 US for source code use.

The trial versions of our products are fully functional, and you have every
opportunity to try them free of charge. For this reason, all sales are final:
