- It could be one of two things. You must have an Open FTP
Connection, which also means you must have an Open
Internet Connection. If you have an Open FTP Connection, your connection may have timed out and needs to be
reopened.

connection and are behind a firewall or router. See the
UsePassiveFTP
property.
